BRAND NEW
New to Ripped Academy bought some O.N. protein and saw that ad on the cap, never hurts to get advice on lifting. Little about myself; Ive been lifting since I was about 16, Im mostly all upper body strength. I do lots of shoulders, traps, lats, tricep, bicep, chest, back and ab workouts, though barly any legs which Im looking to switch very soon. Favorite work out would probably be flat bench, Im 180 lbs and max at 300 lbs. Favorite supplement is BSN N.O.Xplode, I have used BSN Cell Mass and that too is a great supplement Im a big of BSN. Just bought O.N. 100% Whey Ive done my research on it and am hopeing it holds up to all the positive things Ive heard about it. Was useing GNC Whey which did okay, I was just looking for something with a higher rep.
My goals are to cut weight I would love to be at 170-175lbs which I know I can do with more intense cardio and a good diet.
Have a pretty limited budget Im in college (go Hokies!)but am looking for advice, knowledge on any types of supplements, best way to cut weight, etc. within reason. Thanks!
