WELCOMING INTRODUCING MY SELF

Hey every body what’s up? Welcome to all. My name is Eric. I am a vegetarian. But I do eat some types of fish. I started taking weight lifting seriously on October 28th 2007. I would lift before but I would just do chest. The reason I wanted to start bodybuilding was because of my lifting partner BIG DAVID. David is the brains and inspiration behind this operation. He lifts hard and thinks hard. I am happy with this new life style. I’m happy with the results but I am not satisfied yet. I am an all natural bodybuilder and I planning to stay that way. I want to push my body to the next level; so all advice is welcomed. Good luck to all with their work outs. I'm looking forward to meeting and learning from all you new people.

Hahaah. Thanks to all, okay well I can eat pretty much what any bodybuilder eats. Anything from protein powders to tuna. Here I’ll name a few I eat seeds, grains, fish, potato, eggs, and all vegetables. Till now I haven’t had any problems gaining any mass so I think I’m good for now. My new goal is 220LB. Thanks to all for all your support. I’m happy to be here.

Hey Weight Warmer, keep up with the weights, my friend. This is a good place to get advice (RA) on diet and workouts. In my experience, weights are an important part of the fitness regimen, so keep doing it! There are professional bodybuilders (like Bill Pearl) that are vegetarians, and they demonstrate that you can build muscle with that kind of diet. Weights are the key. Keep up with your workouts! And, good luck!
