4072008 STARTING OUT

I just started working out for about 4 months and just started to get into it alot more. Just to give you a little background I am 5ft 9 and weight 145lb's. I am a little guy trying to add some muscle on me. At the moment I am using Bally's 100% Whey it's exactly like ON just 2g's of protein less. I take this 3 times a day and each shake is about 50g's of protein. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to inform me, I am not a hater. I accept and will take all information thrown in my way.

Vito, There are lots of good threads in the forum that will point you in the right direction as far as supplements go. Proper nutrition is a HUGE part of the game, so figure out what works for you and run with it.

If youre looking to put on some size before summer, i recommend taking; Gainer, Creatine and a Multi-Vitamin. As long as you're lifting regularly and eating well, you should see results.
