GETTING BACK UP
I've had a tough 6 weeks...
Battled an eye infection, injured my right wrist and then went down with viral fever.
Met my doc this last saturday and he took off the wrist restrainer. He didn't give me a go ahead for weights in the gym but said i can do light ones.
I've lost a lot in the last 6 weeks, my diet was a mess, my protein intake was erratic and i couldn't do much in the gym.
The days when i managed to go, i did cardio, some legs and abs.
Good thing is, with my focus on abs, i've started to see some little results. Some definition has started to appear. Working out my legs was a tough one.
But now thanks to Almighty, i am good to hit the gym.
Will do some light weights with my right hand for another 2 weeks before hitting in top gear.
One thing which kept me goin all through these weeks, was RA... :) yeah i kept on visiting this site continously everyday of the week...
Reading all the extracts here, kept me "in the gym".
Thanks to all of you... you all do a great and pretty inspiring job...
Cheers!!!!
