DID CHEST WORKOUT

Today after many weeks I did the chest workout. No Bench Press, I stopped doing bench press long time back. I put more attention to Dumbell Press, flat and inclined.

Did 4 Sets or 20 reps each. I was doin light weight as don't want to put too much pressure on the wrist. Its still a little raw.

Followed it with Dumbell Fly with 4 sets of 15 reps.

Butterfly Machine 4 Sets...as many reps as possible.

Got good pump after a long time. Felt alive once again.

Worked weighted Abs 6 sets. 10 mins of Cardio ...

Just too happy ... showed my coach rippedacademy.com, he said he'll also join it pretty soon.
