V DELCAMPO'S DORM ROOM

Today I tipped the scale at 174 right out of bed on an empty stomach. My thighs are noticably leaner with clear seperation and veins on the surface. I can still tighten up a bit espescially in the glutes and lower back area. my abs are tight and ready to rock. I think I have brought my quads and my arms up a bit since nationals last november. I am very happy with how things are going and I feel I can take this welter class. If everything goes right I should be weighing in at 164 in just 25 days at the USAs in Vegas.
There are a few Optimum athletes in this show and I know we are going to have a great showing. I just don't see anyone beating big Sean and if I can take my class then thats two of us in the overall. Thats what I am hoping for. GOOD LUCK SEAN !!!
I want to thank George Farah for all his help. I know I am going to look amazing and possbly my best ever and I owe it all to him. That man has a way of getting me in shape with out me feeling as if I am starving his diets keep me full and energized. They also get me results.
I also want to add that without the help of ABB and ON I would not be able to get into the kind of shape I have been getting into the last few years. Ever since I signed with ON and have been using their products exclusivly I have notice rapid improvements in my physque. I am a believer in the products they put out and will never use any other brand of protien. Their Gold Standard is the standard other protiens are measured by and Pro-complex is the best bar none.
