TXPHYSIQUE'S BLOG ENTRY

BURNOUT

Well, the last few weeks have been super busy. I have created a personal training program at the YMCA where I work and it is kicking off on Tuesday after Labor Day. (super excited!!) I also have about 4 other programs and events that I am starting and planning that will all come to fruition by the beginning of October.
As far as training goes....I have been feeling guilty for not working out and being as strict on my diet. I know I have to take A LITTLE break, but I guess after being so focused and living and breathing competition prep....now that its over ....its like the scope is so huge....and its weird emotionally and physically to not be so focused on a goal. Does that make sense? ....i just feel burned out. Do yall usually feel burned out after a show? Or are you used to it all by now?

"...And this too shall pass!" :)

Have a great Labor Day Weekend!!

Awesome you have all these programs going on! I think you deserve the break though, it's time to focus on other goals for a bit.
Have a great labor day weekend too.

We all need a break every once in a while.
