I WAS SICK FOR 3 WEEKS MAYBE MORE
the month of march was suppose to bring me 8-10 pounds of muscle weight. i had my program written down on paper. all muscles covered to specific detail. the first week was great. then week 2 i went in and felt weak and fatigued relatively easy. despite advice and what i already know i tried to work through the sickness. it actually made me feel worse. so the past week i didnt workout at all. i feel better and my evergy is back. i actually felt a little depressed not being able to workout. in all i lost about 5-10 pounds of strength in all major lifts, a lost 4-5 pounds, some of it was fat i did cut carbs while i wasnt working out. this was a temporary set back which happens to me about this time every year. maybe its the chicago weather going up and down that has something to do with it.
