DESIRE TO GET TO THE GYM
Everyday it seems that I struggle to get myself to the gym to workout. I think half of the problem is the traffic that I have to fight through to get there. The other half is that I'm probably more lazy than not!
Whenever I do go, which is about 4 days a week, I always feel better. Doing cardio is boring, and I probably wouldn't go as long if the gym didn't have TVs to watch but it always gets my heart rate up and the blood flowing. Also I don't know what it is about lifting weights, but that makes me feel better too. It must release something into the blood stream to make you feel good.
Even despite it making myself feel better when I go, it's still a struggle. I was just wondering what everyone else does to get themselves motivated to hit the gym? I am sure a lot of people here may love going to the gym but for the rest of us, how do you do it? What makes it easy to get going after all day at work or in the mornings?

Or just get a treadmill next to a hot chick (i could run 12 miles with that next to me)
The funny thing about fitness is, the people who need it the most generally have the hardest time being active. Eventually your body starts adapting to training so quickly that it gets to be a bigger challenge keeping your workouts changed-up enough to keep the progress going.
Don't give up, the more you go the easier it'll be to stay motivated.
