NOT 100 IF I MEASURED RIGHT BUT HERES MY FIRST BLOG
I just kinda did some guess work on how to measure my body stats. If anything looks really wrong plz gimme a heads up. Since the beginning of this week I've started dieting by outnumbering my carbs 2 to 1 with protein, not eating carbs past 5pm, and taking in about 2000 calories daily or less. Only complex carbs, no junkfood, no fastfood, no pop, and little or no alcohol ;)
I'm lifting on a 3 day, (MWF), a week schedule (I'll be using Onlettinggo's workout plan) and jogging about 30 to 45 minutes every day, as soon as my schedule will allow I'll be jogging in the morning before breakfast.
I'm taking 200g to 300g protein, 4.5g Glutamine, And 10g to 20g Creatine daily. I'll keep track of my measurements and weight and post every wednesday.
Any tips or changes to my regime' that I need to make to maximize my results would be greatly appreciated.
p.s. I'm keeping track of my workouts and diet using a Bodyminder journal.
