UPDATE ON DIET STERTING TOMMOROW

i had a huge cinnabon a huge glass of milk just so i will hate myself and diet hard for twelve days .here is the game plan

8am wake up--- 400mg caff
1sc on whey

815- gym (lift hard and heavy)
+25 min cardio

0930- 1sc on whey
1sc creatine mix(5g creatine, 35g fast carbs)

1015or1030- 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 banana or blueberries, tblsp PB, or 1 cup oats and PB
4 egg whites, 1 egg 0r 6oz lean meat

1 vitamin, 1 green packet, 1 fish oil, 1 multi
-------go to work,boooooooooooooo----------------

130- 6 0z lean meat, salad w/olive oil and vin. dressing or veggie, 2 tbsp gr. flax

400 1/2 cup brown rice, 6oz meat, veggies

645-700 6oz lean meat and veggies and flax

off at 9pm

1000 casein shake and h20 couple almonds if needed
