• Exercises:
  I love any exercise that challenges both my mental and physical strength at the same time. The best example would be deep squats. I also love doing bicep curls and bench presses. I get a great pump from those exercises!

  Linkin Park, Mudvayne, Disturbed....Pretty much anything hardcore that will psych me up for a workout.

• Movies:
  The best movie of all time hands down is Pumping Iron!

• Athletes:
  Arnold Schwarzenegger is my bodybuilding idol! Also, I admire pros that have dedicated their lives to becoming bodybuilding champions, including George Farah, John Hansen, Jay Cutler, Dexter Jackson, among many others! You all inspire me to be the best I can be!
