• Exercises:
  I love any exercise that challenges both my mental and physical strength at the same time. The best example would be squats. I also love doing bicep curls and bench presses. I get a great pump from those exercises!

  Linkin Park, Mudvayne, Disturbed....Pretty much anything hardcore that will psych me up for a workout.

• Movies:
  The best movie of all time hands down is Pumping Iron!

• Athletes:
  Arnold Schwarzenegger is the king of bodybuilding! Also, I admire pros that have dedicated their lives to becoming bodybuilding champions! You all inspire me to be the best I can be!
