Hey im Nik from New Zealand. Been training for a few years and slowly but surely making progress through trial and error give it another few years and ill be about where i want to be. Going traveling next year so will stumble upon alllllllllllllllllll the places where everyones from gona be epic.

Currently starting a new training program. Working on strength for 10 weeks followed by a 10-12 week hypertrophy phase. Hope to get to about 87-90kg before cutting. Am not worried about the amount of fat that i add because running is my forte which is why im only 160 odd lb...id say im probly a natural runner who wants to be big haha. You always want what you dont have i guess!

Current program looks like this...any comments or suggestions would be awesome help

All exercises work to failure on each set especially last set.

I know my leg exercises are weak and need more compound movements but its all the equipment I have access to. My target areas at the moment are chest size, back thickness and arm size. My shoulders are looking okay at the moment but these body parts are definitly lacking. Feel free to comment CU!

Hey Nik, welcome to RA! How's your progress going? I like going to failure on sets too... I'm an HIT fan. Although, for some excercises (particularly squats) it's hard to go to actual muscular failure. It tend to do full body workouts rather than splits, but most folks here seem to do split workouts.
