INJURIES AND TRYING TO COPE

I apologize for not posting lately. I am still job searching and it seems to be more work than work itself!!!

I am also trying to cope with multiple injuries for the first time in my life! Not only has the job hunt been dragging me down, but now the injuries have kept me from training full speed in the gym and that kills me even more! I haven't trained my legs in over a month because I can't even bend my right leg without my hamstring killing me. I can't even get off the ground after wrestling with the kids because it hurts so bad. And my legs are a strong point that I hate to miss training. Add to that a small abdominal tear, two shot elbows and a small pec tear in my left pec and I feel like I am 29 going on 89!!!

To say it's been disheartening would be an understatement for sure! But I am beginning a new protocol to deal with it, hopefully. I will begin icing my elbows and hamstring every evening and will also add the highly potent Glucosamine + CSA Super Strength by ON. This should have a positive impact and I will update you all weekly to let you know the results I am getting, in case you are going through nagging injuries as well.

Tim, do you think your body is trying to tell you something with all these little injuries?

You've had a TON on your plate lately and I can't imagine your stress levels are even remotely normal.

Maybe your body needs a little time away from the gym. Just an observation.

I'm willing to bet the gym is your one stress reliever though isn't it.

You are one of the really good guys Tim and I know things will work out for you.

Stay positive and strong and the rest will come.

Get well soon and good luck with the job.

Joe
