DEMO SATURDAY DECEMBER 132008

My gym, Neo Limits Fitness, located in Centeville, Ohio, is having a Holiday Health Fair and I will be there representing ON/ABB for the majority of the afternoon! Should be a great time and I encourage anyone who lives in the Dayton/Cincinatti areas to try and attend. We will also be having a healthy cookoff, where people will be bringing in several different healthy dishes to be judged...I might have to bust out the turkey meatloaf recipe ;-). Also, to any ON/ABB athletes in the area, please hit me up because I would love to have some help in representing. Jessica-if you are in town hit me up and you and Peter should stop by for a bit!!
