NEW TO THE CAMPUS
hello all im new here just looking around i see alot of serious people on here so i figured it be a good place to meet with like minded people and learn as much as i can about me im 5 9 average build 185 lbs just getting atarted working out the past few months and im looking for any and all advice from people who have been at it alot longer than i have and want to share their knowledge a lil about the supplements and stuff im on and then whatever you want to add or recommend please feel free to do so..

Hey there bud welcome.You will really like it here.I would get off the Hydroxy-and switch to a CLA much better for you(Check out MRM- Metabolic Respnse Modifiers for your CLA.)I would also get some Casein powder by ON for right before you go to bed at night.And some Pro-comp great stuff also by ON.Switch to ON's vassive NO get rid of the NO explode.But I'M hearing alot of good things about ON's Threshold..I'm switching to that myself when I'm done with my Vassive.But Vassive is great stuff I really like it.Much better than NO explode,I think anyway.Other than that eat a good diet full of protein and good Carbs.Get your max protein everyday.Workout hard and smart....Brian.

And by the way.....every supplement works differently for each person...I didn't get anything out of the vassive no, but saw awsome results from no xplode. So stick with the basics, and what works best for you! Protein, creatine, BCAA's, etc...
