INTRODUCTION

What's up, I go by Brewer. I found out about this site from the lid of my On Whey Protein so I signed up. I'm 17, about 160 lbs. I play lacrosse for my school and the season's starting soon so my main lifting priorities are getting bigger and stronger while also being in good cardio shape (I'm a middie). I practice 5 days a week so the only days I can go to the gym are Saturdays, Sundays, and Tuesdays. Not my ideal split but it's all I've got for now. As much as I'd like to lose my gut I'm still scrawny so I'll be bulking for awhile.

Welcome to Ripped Academy Brewer!
It doesn't matter what your trying to do, bulk up/slim down, the guys on here will definitely help you out alot.
That kinda sucks about your gym time. Best thing that I can think of is split it into Chest, Back, and Legs. Arranged however best fits your schedule. And then fine tune your workout from there. If you have any questions don't be afraid to post a thread everybody on here is nice. l8r bro
