2009 COMPETITION RESULTS
Hello RA!
Happy New Year to everyone! Just wanted to bring you up to date with the results from my last competition. I competed in the NPC Mid States Natural Muscle Classic in Rockford on November 14, 2009. I brought my best package to date and as a result placed 1st in Novice and 1st in Open Mens Heavyweight. I also won Open mens best poser award.
I would have never imagined I would qualify for National level competition with just my 3rd attempt in the Open division.
I posted some pictures from the show! Thank you to those who supported a formerly obese, novice competitor reach his dreams. In 2010 looking to get an overall win also I will be turning 40 as well so who knows what show I may decide to focus on next!

Kujo I actually weighed in 2lbs heavier at 205. I guess I really got my bodyfat down this time around.
Emeryrn, since I was so big it takes longer plus I have to get my bodyfat under control before trying to add more lean muscle. Plus you are in a great place so much knowledge and support at your finger tips. I took advantage as well as reading alot.
Thanks Yellow, Ben, Jen and Diane! I do not know what the road lies ahead however I will continue to push. Your right Ben age is just #, I feel better now then I did 6 years ago weighing over 300lbs
You know that I am sooooo very proud of you! You truely are an inspiration. It was an absolute pleasure prepping with you. I feel honored to have you on my team - way to make it do what it do PIC! :0)
The feeling is mutual! We prepped together pushed each other and the best part was being back stage pumping up and getting you ready to rock the stage! Team PIC left with 1st place victories! You have a bright future ahead of you in the sport so stay focused and humble and thristy to be the best you can be, that is what keeps me stepping back on stage!
