Complete Protein Diet, you can make pretty much anything out of it. Speed shot, I drink one when when I get up and by the time I arrive at the gym I'm ready to go.

I LOVE arm and shoulder day!!! Yea!! However, I loth leg day, I have to admit I skip it,.....alot.
- Music:
I have Sinatra as my ring tone and Lil Kim on my ipod, so I pretty much like it all. O' and some ACDC.
- Movies:
I can be a girly girl, so Pretty woman is my all time FAV. Next to Breakfast at Tiffanys, and Vacation with Chevy Chase!!

I dont really have a fav, I just give Kudos to any one who makes a effort to be active and healty. :-)

FOOTBALL IS HERE GO BUCKS
September starts the Football Season and I for one am EXCITED!!! The sounds of the band, scarlet and grey everywhere, corn hole, tailgates and everyone in a awsome mood. Luckily now there are so many people that are into watching what they eat and trying to live healtier lives, so there is always something healthy to eat at the tailgates. Although the booze isnt one of them, but you just have to pick and choose. :-))
So as my Saturdays will be spent down at OSU with my full gear on I will STILL make sure I get my butt to the gym before all of it starts.............and if its a early game, well then there is always the treadmill and swiss ball in the basement!

i miss being in Cbus for football season, so much heart and energy on saturdays. everywhere else i live is nothing like columbus during football season
Chosenone 2, them are fighting words!! :-) One of my good friends, Tara Hampton ( was Ms Flex a few years back ) lives in Battle Creek. So LAst time I went to visit her we had just kicked your butts!! So to rub it in a TAD more, I wore all OSU gear to the Gym!.......I feared for my life on the way out to the parking lot :-)
