  Complete Protein Diet, you can make pretty much anything out of it. Speed shot, I drink one when when I get up and by the time I arrive at the gym I'm ready to go.

• Exercises:
  I LOVE arm and shoulder day!!! Yea!! However, I loth leg day, I have to admit I skip it,.....alot.

• Music:
  I have Sinatra as my ring tone and Lil Kim on my ipod, so I pretty much like it all. O' and some ACDC.

• Movies:
  I can be a girly girl, so Pretty woman is my all time FAV. Next to Breakfast at Tiffanys, and Vacation with Chevy Chase!!

  I dont really have a fav, I just give Kudos to any one who makes a effort to be active and healty. :-)
