TAMARALEE'S DORM ROOM

okay well the baby is out! and so the adventure begins. so far so good. the delivery was awesome. it almost seems unfair at how good i feel. i'm already down 18 lbs. i've been walking about 2 miles outside everyday...i'm going to spend the weekend getting food and new workouts prepared and on monday i'm going to get back into weights and attempt lunges/squats. i let the clean eating slip a lot the last 2 weeks before having ryan...mostly due to lazyness...it felt so crappy that i couldn't wait to get some fuel back into my system. so since delivery, i've been eating well and i can feel the energy creeping back into me. the sleep situation kinda sucks now so hopefully it doesn't come back to hit me in the face when i start working out harder. we'll see. i've got more mental energy right now than physical but i guess that's a good thing. i'm so excited to jump back into things!! woo hoo!
