Well brother for one...don't do them everyday!!!! Would you do ur chest everyday? I sure hope not...You need to tear up ur cavs, then let them rest and grow! They are never gonna grow if u do them everyday...2 times a week is plenty. Little tip I learned is hold the bottom portion of the exercise for 10-15 seconds...then explode up and take 5 seconds on the negative (on the way back down) do 3-4 sets of these to failure on one day, then pick another exercise and do the same thing on the other day...use standing and seat'd raises..basic and simple. Give that a bro, and remember 10 to 15 seconds in the bottom position...feel the stretch and the burn!

You can do some of your calf workouts with just your body weight. My gym class loves doing calves and we only use our body weight in class. They tell me about it, if I try to skip it. Just make sure you feel the burn, relax and do several more sets. Building great calves is just like any other body part, they will develop over time.
