ONE STEP CLOSER TO BEING A TRAINER
Hi everyone,
Well today I finished and passed my CPR class. I just have to wait until I get my card to photo copy it and attach it to my test and send it in. I know I did well on my ISSA personal training test, this was just the last thing I had to do to send it in. Now the one main dream I had when I started my healthier lifestyle is finally coming true. I have a lot of women who want to hire me to train them because I have been on both sides of weight issues. I weighed 98 lbs then almost 200lbs. All with in a couple of years of each other. I know what stress and just basic life can do to our bodies. So hopefully I can help others. It just feels so good to finish this. Its one thing to compete, (which I will continue to do) and another thing to actually work with people and watch them change for the better. I will let you know how things go. Thanks for your support! Joelle
