LAST MEAL WAS GOOD

Hi everyone,
Well my last meal last night was sooo good. I had sauted mushrooms and deep fried halibut to start with, then my salad, then a 16 oz New York Steak and finished it up with cheese cake. Of course I couldn't eat it all, my stomach is to small from last competition. But it was good. Now today is my low carb day, which I think my stomach really needed. But over all I feel this was a good thing for my body. Now back to the diet. I had my body comp done and actually I was very surprised at the outcome. I figured I gained a lot of fat back. But at 12 weeks out I'm at 15% and carrying 111 lbs of lean muscle mass. So I have added 3lbs of lean muscle in about a month and a half. So I am feeling good about that since I am a very hard gainer. I can cut pretty darn good but gaining that muscle is just so hard for me. But I am very pumped up now and I'm just going to work as hard as I can to add a bit more size and also to enjoy the journey. Hopefully my lifting partner will be back tomorrow for chest day. It seems that everyone has been hit with either the flu or the cold virus, which has really knocked a lot of people down. I'm hoping and praying we are now over all of this and we all stay healthy. My cheat day did not include anything fried!! I felt guilty eating a peice of bread with butter. But o.k. I did have snicker pie and it was almost to sweet to finish.
Best of luck in your next competition!! I know you will be awesome. I'm sure as soon as your lifting partner is feeling better she will be singing in the gym, lol.
