ITS BEEN A WHILE
Hi everyone,
Sorry it has taking me a while to write back. My new job working for an engineering firm is going great! I really enjoy it and it makes going to the gym a whole lot nicer. I did back off of my work outs a bit. My back is acting up again. But I am benching 135lb and squating 185lb. I have gained more muscle mass which is great. I figure if I compete again it will be no sooner than next year. I went on a oreo and pringles binge, but I think now I am over that. I find my body just feels better when I eat clean. I will still allow some cheat foods in every once in awhile but over all I would rather feel better. Now I am also changing up my routine, trying out new things, but also keeping things in that I know that work for me. It seems like everyone is doing well. I do sit down and read the boards when I can. But work and working out and spending time with family has kept me pretty busy. Well I have to go I am at work right now. Best time to blog. You all take care and stay healthy and fit. And a BIG THANK YOU For all your support. Joelle

Hi Joelle, I'm glad to hear that your job is going well. Keep up the clean diet and the workouts, like you say, you'll feel better. I need to get back on a cleaner diet and regular workouts now that we're back from our trip to visit the relatives.
