IM BACK
Hello everyone!
Well I'm back from competition and it went great!! I really enjoyed myself and the competition was tough! There were 5 of us all going for light weight open women and the same 5 going for master women. So the judges had us come out once instead of twice. I placed 2nd which qualifies me for nationals in the open division, (I'm all ready qualified for life in masters). Of course once I got back everyone asked me if I was going to do nationals and I told them not now, that I promised myself to one, take my granddaughter out for ice cream and spend more time with her and my son and two, to get settled into my new job and third, to give my body a break. I have started lifting again, but this time with food in me. And I am trying to make a game plan for my lifting. My photos should be coming in soon and I'll post them as soon as I get them. I want to thank all of you for your support and words of encouragement. My new job is going great. There is a lot of multi-tasking and I'm learning a lot more about computers and other things. Over all I have been in a great mood and feeling great about myself. Well everyone take care and stay healthy and fit. Joelle
