GETTING MY SWEEPS BIGGER
OK I am working on my sweeps (vastus lateralis). Focusing on Squats, Leg Press and Leg extensions as my main size builder. I also have a bit of a lower back problem which is not a big deal but (and I have seen my doctor and I do get adjusted twice a week) but if I hurt its hard to Squat heavy. During my last contest I added Hack Squats to my routine. It helped but I really want to add size. Does anyone else out there have any other exercises or anything else they can think of for me to try. Thanks Joelle
