7 WEEKS LEFT FEELING GRUMPY
OK I am now getting very grumpy. I can not believe how grumpy I have been lately. I know I have been working out really hard, (I finished my ISSA certification and I am a personal trainer now). My cardio is up to 90 minutes on most days. But that really doesn't bother me, the biggest thing is I am having a hard time sleeping. This is not new for me, I have always had trouble falling asleep. I have tried natural remedies and medications (which I do not like doing). This weekend I decided to take time off from the gym. I still did my cardio, (nice having a treadmill and recumbent bike here at home). So I am hoping when I go to work tomorrow I will be in a better mood. It also didn't help that my husband is eating my stuff. He is not competing this time, but is working on getting bigger. So what does he do, eats my low carb bars, my yogurt, not to mention all the meat. I ended up going shopping last night at 9pm and spent over $100 on food for me. I guess I'm just venting right now. I'm looking good, back is feeling great, our weather finally warmed up. I just have to get through the next 7 weeks, (actually less than that) to finish this competition. Once I am done with this competition I want to start training people. I'm really looking forward to this. Out of all the things I have done, this (training people) was the main goal. I want others to feel empowered by having a strong mind and body. They don't have to be bodybuilders in the sense of competing but just to live a healthy and active life. So another part of my journey begins soon. And I am EXCITED!!. Well all of you have a great week and I'll keep you up to date on things. Thanks again for your support. Joelle

At least your husband will eat the same food as you when you are getting ready for competition. My husband eats cheese and crackers, lol. Hang in there, only 7 weeks to go and it's worth the journey!!!
