IM SO GLAD TO BE BACK WHAT DID I MISS
So Ive been in Federal Law Enforcement Training for the past 3 months and Im only half way through but I will be doing the rest of it while staying at my new place in Maryland. No more dorms, no more chowhalls, and no more sharing bathrooms. It feels so good to sleep in your own bed, eat your own food, and get away from all these dudes. I took alot of things for granite while I was away like hot water, 8 hours of sleep, and women.
Enough complaining, for all the things I hated about it there are alot of things that I am taking away from it. I have a new found respect for crossfit workouts. I ended up straining my deltoid the 2nd day so I have not been lifting like I should but I've been doing a ton of push ups, sit ups, pull ups, and running to stay in top shape. My favorite is "The Countdown" were you run a quarter mile, do 12 pull ups, 15 push ups, and 20 sit-ups (1st round), then run another quarter mile and do 11 pull ups, 15 push-ups, 20 sit-ups(2nd round). You countdown the pull-ups until you complete 12 rounds. It's brutal as all hell. Then there is the filthy fifty, wall ball cuircuit, agility curcuit, the fit trail, and many many more.
So until my training is over I am going to continue to rest my bum shoulder while sticking with the cross fit stuff. My goal right now is to get to 70 push-ups in 1 minute, 55+ sit ups in 1 minute, 20+ pull ups at 1 time, and run a sub 9 minute 1.5 mile. Currently I am at 69 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 18 pull-ups, and 9:06 1.5 mile. I have two weeks till my next test. Overall, Im just glad to be back. and no I still can't tell you who I work for.

Haha, last lines funny. I love the crossfit workouts, never been to one of their gyms but done some of it in my house. Great stuff. Hope the shoulder heals.
