NATIONALS HERE I COME 7 WEEKS TO GO
Seven Weeks to Go!!! I am so excited. My training has been extremely fun and very different. I am working with a Speed and Agility Coach 1-2 times a week. Let me tell you, its tough. I ran track in high school and this type of training is bringing back memories. In the Gym, I am lifting heavy (but being careful). Would hate to hurt myself. I still have back pain from my herniated disk but I can deal with it.

Today Tropical Storm Fay was scheduled to visit South Florida. Schools were closed, businesses were closed and my work plant was closed!! Yaay. Well in my area there was a lot of wind, blowing rain early in the AM, but nothing too big. There was one tornado about 20 min away.
