John continues his Power Training Cycle going into the third week.
John is doing a Power Cycle for the next six weeks in an attempt to bring up his strength in the off season while staying lean. Here is the second week of the Power Cycle.
John is finally able to get in a full week of training as his nerve injury to his back finally goes away. He is planning on competing in only seven weeks so he is all business in both his training and his diet.
John resumes training this week after taking a full week from because of straining his lower back.
John goes off his diet for a day and then uses the rest of the week to get back on track with his normal training and diet program as he gets ready for his second photo shoot in two weeks.
