PLEASE HELP I NEED TO GAIN WEIGHT
Hello! My name is Stephen. I weigh about 170lbs. This past year, I have competed in 4 Bodybuilding shows. What I weigh now is the same amount I weighed when I started these competitions. Well, to make a long story short, I'm tired of losing competitions so I really need to gain weight. I'm really strong, I just need the size now, so if you have any tips for training or supplements, I'm all ears.

Your biggest obsticle is the fact that you are young. It is going to be harder for you to gain weight bc of your metabolism. I think suppliments are most useful when they are used a recovery tools. If your wallet is big enough then you need to increase your calorie intake (more so with whole foods like lean beef, chicken, whole grains, and pasta) and I would start eating later in the day than usual. You should eat 5-7 small meals a day averaging 500-600 calories per meal. I you keep a good ratio of Complex Carbs, Protein, and Fats (somewhere around 2:1:.25) example based on your current body weight 340g of carbs, 170g of protein, 45g of fat a day then I think you should get closer to your goals. You could increase the grams if it isn't enough.
