DEADLIFT PR
Deadlifted 365 the other day, a new PR for myself. Tried for 405, couldnt get it all the way up. Really trying to get over the 405 mark by my birthday.

Try adding some front squats, weighted sit-ups, wrist curls and shrugs to your training. These exercises have an incredible carry over to the deadlift. Avoid doing the deadlift for a week or two and you'll come back much stronger. Your body and CNS takes much longer to recover from max lifts so allow yourself the extra recovery time. if you want more specific help you are welcome to contact me. info@bodysynergy.co.za
