WHAT DOES JOE 6PACK MEAN TO YOU
Just a little chuckle during these trying times. Sarah Palin has brought the term "Joe 6-pack" into the lime light because of her use of that term to refer to regular Americans. What's funny though, is that these days when I hear "6-pack" I think of ripped abs, and not a 6-pack of beer, which is what the term actually refers to! I wonder how many other members here at Ripped Academy would also think of that first. It's funny how your focus can shape the mental image of a term someone uses and give you the opposite picture from what they had in mind. Best wishes and great workouts to all!

Haha, it's true, some many things can mean multiple things.. Definitely always think defined abs when I hear six pack.
