DID SOMEONE SAY GRADUATION

Friday was it!- My graduation! Finally completed my MPH... now, only three more classes and I am done with my MHA- and no more school ever again for me! (but, we wont talk about that now!) Last week- 4wks out from my first show of the year... and I about lost it- needless to say. I did all my am cardio sessions (... I am one of those nuts who actually enjoys morning cardio- and cannot live life without it)- however, I only trained one day! One day! System overload, System overload which turned into System failure! I have to laugh about it now... but last week was hands down one of the toughest I have had in a while (combination of school/residency and just plan 'ole life)- but it's over, I am done with the program and now I can actually focus on competing- whew...
The fun begins! And I have graduated! :) ... oh, so very excited!
