STEPH9282'S BLOG ENTRY
5 WEEKS
Five weeks out from my first show of the season-
Starting with the Indiana State Championships on June 7 - using the show as a 'warm-up' practice round for Jr Nationals two weeks later-
Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces there!
Everything has been going well- Motivation this past couple weeks has been super tough- School is coming to an end- I graduate from the MPH program this Friday! And, my residency is ending too. (Crazy to think a year has gone by so fast!) I know there is never a good time to compete- But as things get better w/ school and work-, the motivation is slowly coming back-
I am on target - and will be ready for the June 7 show- I'm nervous about Jr's... b/c I have "small muscle complex"... always feel like I need to gain- I know my problem areas, and what I need to work on- but patience is not a virtue I currently have (working on it though!)This will be my first national show- and I'm excited to see how it goes!
