STARKE'S BLOG ENTRY
JUNE IS THE MONTH
I came to the conclusion a few days ago (especially after that party saturday night *sighs*) that June will be a period of rededication for me. I've been pretty good for the most part, but during May the rigor was just not as strong as it has been in the past. Cheating too much, and not getting good time in at the gym lead to a rather lackluster May, and though I still came out of it on the plus side, it just could have been so much better.
So the plan for June is 100%. 100% of my attention and effort for an entire month. My health, fitness, and well being are going to be top priority, and almost the only priority (sadly I cannoty just stop working entirely) for the next 30 days starting today.
This morning at the gym was tough. I forgot how exhausting pushing myself like this could be. It's such an awesome feeling though being tired from putting in the "right kind" of work.
Wish me luck, this is going to be an awesome month.
