THURSDAY
Thursday-Hit up shoulders and light back today, been busy this week coaching and taking cleints. I had to hold off on starting my new diet etc, but finally today I will start it along with workout routine.
Today- Hang Cleans 4x5
Push Press 5x6
Lateral Raises 4x8
Rear Delt Flys 4x10
Shrugs 4x10
BB Rows 4x6
Decline Crunch 4x failure
Leg Raises 4x failure
30+ minutes of intervals on the treadmill.

Good Workout. I did shoulders yesterday. I had to add my hang-cleans back in because they are a great shoulder workout.
