LONG WEEK

Hey guys sorry for the lack of updates this week, I am finishing up football season coaching and just started girls basketball this week with tryouts. Coaching 2 sports at once is nuts, Anyways workouts are going well
I hit up legs on Tuesday and Chest and ligtht arms yesterday. Today I did 30min of intervals on the treadmill and also hit up upper abs with bosu ball crunches 4x failure and also V-ups 4 sets to failure

Tommorow I will hit up shoulders and light back. I will be doing some hang cleans and shoulder press etc. Weight is at about 170 now. This is annoying as I am trying to eat more and still need to up cals. I am starting a new workout next week which I will post here. New diet macros will also start up this week . Planning on about 3200 cals on workout days and prob 2800 just on cardio days. I have had great success and love a higher fat diet from 25-30% of total cals , carbs about 25-30 and protein 45-50% of total cals. I only take in complex carbs oats, sweet potatoes and broccoli and green beans. A little fruit in the mornig. Lots of enova oil, almonds, natural PB and almond butter for healthy fats. CHicken and tuna and talipa for protein sources along with Optimum Nutritions 100% whey and 100% casein protein taken throughout the day
