THREE WEEKS DOWN

For the first time I found it a little difficult to stay focused. Knowing that I had a very busy weekend planned that included travel on Saturday, having the new '57 Chevy project car delivered on Sunday and of course the Superbowl, I just couldn't settle down as well as I did the first couple of weeks. Still, I did all of scheduled workouts with decent progress but did not eat what I feel was properly enough. I didn't eat anything bad and didn't cheat, what I didn't do is eat enough or at all for part of the week. I'm not very happy with myself about that and will have to put more effort into proper nutrition going forward.

As I enter into the fourth week of this journey, I know that I need to increase the things I'm doing during workouts to include more lower body and abdominal training. I will be posting some questions in the forum to this end, and I am quite confident I will receive the right answers from all of you.

And one thing I can't say enough is how motivating it is to read the blogs and forum posts. With seemingly every level of this sport represented, it is refreshing to see the most experienced and the most novice here offer their help in any way they can. That, my friends, is very helpful and needless to say, very motivating.
