THE NEW WORKOUT FEEDBACK FROM WEEK 1
Just like any new thing we try, the result is usually muscle soreness and fatigue. This is in effect just what I was looking for. Using different exercises in a new order is always a welcome change. I am applying the same principals to the workout in regards to speed, and decreased rest time. the rest time is held between 25-30 sec. Six sets per exercise this does become very tiring. I had some great soreness, in the chest, biceps, triceps, and quads this week. Plenty of fatigue and due to the Olympics being on late, my rest schedule was a little off. I was able to get more rest over the weekend and look forward to the new challenges this week has to offer.
This will be a short week for me on RA, as the Labor Day weekend arrives, the family will be taking a much needed vacation to the north woods of Wisconsin. I will be away from Wednesday afternoon and return the following Tuesday. Luckily the local YMCA has a good facility and the workouts will continue. So to everyone have a great week and a safe weekend.

Looking at May 2009, this will give me time to really build on my "need to improve" areas.
