7 WEEKS IN AND STILL PUSHING
I have entered the seventh week of this regime, and still gaining. The weight at the present time is staying between 208-210. The thing that seems to be changing/gaining the most is strength. I have seen nice gains in the areas that I have been working the most. Chest and back. Working shorter rest periods and 5-6 sets on the weak point training is starting to pay off. The reps are coming faster with more force and pump with each set. I am also flexing the working muscle group after each set. This "pump" increases the vascular flow and stretches the muscle sheath. I still stretch post workout and do more stretching in the shower with alternating hot and cold.
My eating is 10-11 times per day. Pre and post workout shakes are early and then egg whites and two whole eggs at 9:00 AM. The feeding are after that 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 4:30 PM, 6:30 PM, 8:00 PM and casein at 9:15 PM. This constant eating is also washed down with whey and Nitro Core 24 and 2:1:1 Recovery.
My cardio training still sits at two times per week, 25 min sessions, mid to slow pace. I want to keep the mass and continue to push up the weight and add the pounds. Until next week....the final week of this routine.
