SEAN ROYER'S BLOG ENTRY
2 WEEKS OUT
The final two weeks of prep, always making changes and able to see all the hard work. Saturday was the two week out mark ,so I dropped the creatine. All pre/post/vassive CE. I increased more of the uphill walking on Saturday and Sunday. This has been bumped up to one hour each day.
This week I also begin to drop off on more of the carb intake, limiting the amounts of brown rice, and I continue to front load the carbs. Meaning that most about 75-80% of my daily carbs are in before 12:30 P.M. One drawback to this is that I have become a "clocker", I know when its 10:24 A.M., and I know when its 10:33 A.M. No need for watches around here. LOL
This is my last week of heavy and working sets, something I've done differently this contest. Trying to keep mass and also define by using the combo of heavy and lighter weights.
Areas that need a boost, get the heavy weights and added sets.
My weight is staying around the same between 190 and 191, at times down to 189. I don't change that much until the end, that final week. More to come...

Dial it in bro, one more hard week and then it's prep your body time.
