NEW SUPPLEMENT REGIMEN

Well I'm probably ordering a few new products later today (from DPS which I found to be the cheapest). We'll not that I'm anywhere near competing of anything, I would like to stay within the Natural bodybuilding guidelines, for my own personal happiness and if I can ever get myself in the extreme shape competitor achieve.
I'm definitely not in great shape in the financial department, so I tried to find things that supplied multiple things.
What my plan is:
Preworkout
1 scoop BSN N.O Xplode (heard it's on of the best.
20 grams ON 100% Whey

Postworkout
20 grams ON 100% Whey
20 grams ON 100% Casein
1 scoop ON Pre-Load Creatine (provides fast absorbing carbs, creatine, BCAA's, glutamine, Taurine. Seems to be a good mix)

What's everyone's opinions? This seems it all falls under the Natural guidelines too?

Looks good, one suggestion. Can you move that 20 g of Casein to before bedtime? I ask this due to the fact that it is so slow to absorb it hay hinder the other products from entering your system.

Looks good man. I agree with Sean, it'd be of your best interest to move the casein to before bedtime.

I've been meaning to try the pre-load creatine, so after you've tried it shoot me a pm and let me know how you like it.

Sean, I do casein before bed as well, read something about it being decent after workout as well. Never thought about it hindering absorption of the other products though, Thanks!

Loyalt, I've never taken any N.O. yet, and I hear great things about this so I'm excited. I'm out of class for a month and a half so I'm going to hit the gym hard!

Looks good buddy... what are your goals? Dieting, muscle mass gain? I honestly think the best pre and postworkout stack I have done is the following:

Pre-workout: Vassive-NO, 35 grams Glycomaize (Waxymaize), and 40 grams Whey Isolate with 1 tbsp macadamia nut oil

Post-workout: 40 grams Waxymaize/Glycomaize and 40 grams whey isolate

Never have I felt "fuller" and better pumps and these supplements will put you into a positive state for muscle growth!! Just my 2 cents! Good Luck!

Try some tribulus pre-work out.
NO Xplode is awesome but are you taking Cell-mass and Nitrix with it? You can only imagine why I had to stop taking them.

everything on here looks awesome if you really like no xplode after a cycle try superpump 250 it has a bigger bite everything else will ensure muscle growth

Hey Pres, I ordered plain chocolate for both. Because I mix them together, and I didn't seem many casein flavors. Any suggestions on some I should try though?

Solid regimen Scruth,

I too like sticking to the basics and you have them covered. I myself do not get along with the N.O. products but arginine works pretty good with me.

I myself like taking in some casein after my workout but this works for me, try it out and see what the outcome is.

Keep up the great work buddy.

I've never tried NO before so we'll see out it works for me. I've been taking casein post workout for at least a month now, but never really stuck a diet in the last month so it's hard to judge progress. But I may cycle of it for a little, then go back on, just to see what the effects are.

Not sure if I will ever take a N.O. product I like sticking to a basic stack.

Still working on mine as I have been eliminating supplements from my list as I try them, right now its glutamine I am trying once again. :)

I've only taken the tribulus for about a week so I can't be so sure of the effects yet. I feel bigger though and as of Friday I started taking beta-alanine as well. THAT stuff works, I felt my face tingling! Ill keep you updated on how the tribulus is going, try and take some ZMA as well.
