SCRUTH'S BLOG ENTRY
FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH FITDAYCOM
So from some recommendations of other RA members I tracked my days caloric intake for the first time since High school track and field. And I only did it the week before Regionals and States. I decided to use Fitday.com which lets you add and customize everything. I tried it Friday but my friends talked me into a trip to Gainsville to visit a friend before his finals week. So I lost track. I went up until 9 o'clock without looking, just trying to go about my average eating habits and see how I was doing. Always figured I could just wing it and do pretty good. So, prior to my casein before bed my totals are as follows:
Calories: 1956
Fat: 83
Carbs: 208
Protein: 133
I'm about 195 (actually around 200 now, but ate really bad this weekend. My friends all have CRAZY metabolisms and keeping up with them wrecks havoc with me). And I'm 5'11".
As you can see I'm definitely off in EVERY category! Lower fat, more carbs, more cals, and more protein. Now I did have a couple handfulls of mixed nuts today which contributed to about 20 grams of fat. But others is just adding up from other things...
Well I'm going to keep tracking all week and hopefully have things sorted out more by next Monday.
Wish me luck

I am sure you will get in the range you want to be in. :)
