300 WORKOUT
well some people tell me that i am going way to hard for just being fifteen but i am doing the john cena workout monday through friday then on saturdays i do the 300 workout which consists of 300 reps all together inwhich you go as fast as you can and the workout is
25 pull-ups
50 deadlifts at 135 pounds
50 push-ups
50 box jumps with a 24-inch box
50 "floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)
50 "clean and press" at 36 pounds (a weight-lifting exercise)
25 more pull-ups -- for a total of 300 reps
and this workout wears you out really fast but i can not seem 2 put on any weight and i am eating as much as i can

P.S. Even if you are "on",
your lack of training knowledge would hold you back. Lay off the fad training and get with a 3 day per week full body workout. 3 sets at 8reps per set.
Remember bodybuilding is a lifestyle. Peace.
There workouts are designed to keep you smaller/lean in size with more usable strength so excess mass doesn't affect their movement.
Hope thats off some assistance.
