300 WORKOUT

well some people tell me that i am going way to hard for just being fifteen but i am doing the john cena workout monday through friday then on saturdays i do the 300 workout which consists of 300 reps all together inwhich you go as fast as you can and the workout is
25 pull-ups
50 deadlifts at 135 pounds
50 push-ups
50 box jumps with a 24-inch box
50 "floor wipers" (a core and shoulders exercise at 135 pounds)
50 "clean and press" at 36 pounds (a weight-lifting exercise)
25 more pull-ups -- for a total of 300 reps

and this workout wears you out really fast but i can not seem 2 put on any weight and i am eating as much as i can

You are overtrained. At this point in your life you should be growing.
P.S. Even if you are "on",
your lack of training knowledge would hold you back. Lay off the fad training and get with a 3 day per week full body workout. 3 sets at 8reps per set.
Remember bodybuilding is a lifestyle. Peace.

This is more a functional strength training workout. Similar to something someone in the UFC or someone training for sport would use. If your looking to gain weight and build muscle mass you need to change you workout to something thats going to bulk you up. Your workout is similar if not identical to workouts on crossfit.com and gymjones.com
There workouts are designed to keep you smaller/lean in size with more usable strength so excess mass doesn't affect their movement.

Hope thats off some assistance.
