Looking good John! How do the wheels look? Do you tend to hold fat in the hamstring/glute area?

What level of a show are you doing? Local? National?

Joe the contest is a novice national level, so it must be something like a Jr.National, bodybuilders from all the states of the country compete there...

About the wheels I´m going to try to take some pictures of it to show you and see if I´m fat in that area or not!
