TRUE CHAMPIONS

True Champions

Creating a Hugh build is not an easy task for an average athlete, but when you start to know your body during the path of the years, you start to realize what works for you and what’s not. Sometimes you think why that guy eats pasta at every meal get that kind of shape and when I try to do the same I just get fat. Well to give you a quick answered to that, not everybody got the same metabolism and that’s just one part of the equation when talking about getting in shape.

As a matter of fact one of the most important parts in creating a great build is the kind of attitude you have to make the changes you need to do in training or dieting, in order to improve your body.

Discipline and guts are the key factors to make that kind of changes, in other words, determination. What differentiates a champion from the average athletes is the passion they add to their work to obtain the glory of a victory that is materialized as a medal, trophy or title rather than just words.

For instance you can see some athletes making changes in their bodies (growing) with just food and one supplement in their diets in comparison with others using like 10 different kinds of supplements and eating everything in their path and or using illegal substances. What I try to explain here is that no matters how many things you try to add to your system if you do not have the knowledge of it. Because you do not know the reaction they are going to materialize in your body. Many athletes make this kind of mistakes because they want to rush everything and get results as fast as possible with out the knowledge of it and the consequences.

In conclusion I can say that champions are made by the work ethic and enthusiasm they add to their goals, in this case to win a prestigious contest. With that in mind now we know that is not about the pills, supplements or whatever it takes to accomplish a contest win if you don’t have the mentality of a true champion.
