Pullover with 50 pounds dumbell, 8 sets of 20 reps.
Pec-Dec 2 sets of 15 reps with all weight.

BICEPS

Biceps Curl with the EZ bar, 6 sets of 20-5 reps with 85-155 pounds
Seated cable curl 6 sets with 40%-80% of my max.



Satmina was little down today but everything is A-OK!
